I want to give a deserving review of the excellent care I recently received on Elsdon Ward. I came out Christmas week after a 5 day stay. I had a full abdominal hysterectomy and was quite poorly at first but all the staff from managers to cleaners were fantastic. The after care was respectful, efficient, affective, and very very caring. In fact I really miss them now I am home. Food was ok but will never be like home but that has to be expected after all it is not a hotel. It was always presented well and hot or cold depending on what I ordered. It is awful the amount of hours these girls work and yet this hospital get such dreadful reviews. I was nervous about going in but the cleanliness and hygiene care to stop the spread of germs is amazing. It was a pleasure to praise the staff personally face to face before I left and I promised I would do a review for them because they so deserve it. So thank you from me and my family from the bottom of our hearts for helping me through this very difficult time in my life and I will always be forever grateful. Well done and keep up the good work.
