The staff are friendly and polite.

What could be improved

My son went in as an emergency in April this year. He was admitted on a Saturday and didn't see anyone until the Monday. He had a kidney stone and was in considerable pain. After having a stent inserted he was discharged 5 days later. He contracted cellulitis in his arm from the IV drip and had to attend our local hospital for more antibiotics to combat the infection. He has since had his operation cancelled twice to remove the stent. Once due to junior doctors having an induction day and the second time due to the anaeshetist being on holiday. He has now had his operation rescheduled, but I am really worried about him contracting another hospital infection.
