What I liked

more likely disliked. my sister was a patient referred from burnley urgent care at 8.00pm no one came to deal with her cause she was only waiting for a bed the nurse was not polite.

toilets m were dirty water on the floor smelly

the vending machine was empty and out of order

whati liked yes the building situated area from the outside

parking area was clean and clearly marked

What could be improved

nurses and doctors are a bit polite and helpful

a bit of cleaniness in the tiolets

vending machines should be regurlary checked

some thing to eat if your waiting from the machines

just because your dealt with at burnley urgent care not to be ignored at blackburn it is really upsetting

even though burnley hospital is small it has all the facilities

clean toilets

polite speaking understandable staff

food and drink available in the vending machines

yet most of the staff wored in burnley general
