I have worked for the NHS for over 15 years and am on the staff of WPH. Recently I had reason to be treated for a few hours in angiography. Although the staff were exceptionally busy with other patients I received timely, efficient care and compassion from both the clinicians and the nurses. One might argue that I was being biased but that would be to oversimplimy and demean the friendliness, empathy and excellent care delivered. It would be patently obvious to even the most jaded of patients that the staff are committed professionals.
