I tried to attain my MRI scan results after having the MRI at the hospital. First of all, the contact information on their website is out of date. Took me 14 lengthy phone calls and passed through 6 people to get someone who could snail-mail me the form. I filled in the form snail-mailed it back, weeks passed. I didn't hear anything back, so a few more photos being passed from one rude receptionist to another, to another, to another, to another... I find out the forms they sent me were for the wrong hospital. By this time months have passed and my private healthcare is being held up because of the useless Public Service idiots.
