I would like to commend all of your staff in A & E and Emergency Care that dealt with me yesterday, from initial registration, through Triarg, x ray, scanning and most of all the Doctor who dealt with my case in Emergency Care. All were polite, efficient and really couldnt have been better. The hospital was the cleanest I have ever seen it and whilst it has been the subject of much critisim in the past, it surely and certainly has improved vastly. The doctor who dealt with my case ensured that I was re briefed every 20 minuted whilt in the waiting room, after my scan had been taken. His attention to detail was excellent. Further, all members of staff that i witnessed dealing with patients were at all times polite and courteous.
