"physio received on my foot"

I developed a pain in my left foot which started to resonate upwards into the side of the lower half of my leg. I went to my doctor who referred me muscularskeletal dept at Lowe House Clinic in St Helens Merseyside.

I made an appointment and my initial appointment was a full assessment as to the source of the pain and degree of pain and what I could or couldn't do in my daily routine/life etc.

My physio was Emma who was really attentive she gave me some simple excersises to do on a daily basis to help improve the pain and flexibility in my foot.

I went back 3 or 4 times on a fortnightly basis to see Emma until such time as the pain had completely gone.
