What I liked
the specialized rehabilitation centre staff are really nice and friendly and caring they really care about their patients.
What could be improved
the phone lines as when i get appointments can never get through to anyone when answer machine comes on it says put in extention number when i havent got one on the letter so then i cant cancel or rearrange appointments so feel bad when i cant get through it wastes the hospitals time.
