What I liked

I had steroid injections. I was seen to quickly efficiently and the pain i have had for years has gone. Apart from the bruising feeling. I could not rate my stay any better. I had great confidence in my consultant and still have. The nursing staff on the day unit were exceptionally great nurses and i have no complaints at all. Believe me if there was something to complain about i would. Could not rate this hospital any more than i do.

What could be improved

I do not feel that any improvements could be made except for cleanlyness as i dont think you can have enough of this in a hospital. However everything seemed clean and fresh i was a little disappointed in grey twill sheets as they looke very old and would have prefered white fresh looking ones. There is nothing for me to complain about other than that. I had heard horror stories but believe me the way i was treated could not of been any better.
