"I had doubts, but I was wrong"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

My therapist was Kathy from inclusion matters in dale st Liverpool.

I was in a really bad place when I first went to see her, crying all the time, lashing out at people who I love.

With her encouragement and guidance she helped me so much. I feel back to my old self again and so much stronger. I had doubts about going to see her thinking how can she help me!

How wrong was I? If anyone has doubts about going to see anyone from inclusion matters please attend. They are there to help and they do.

Dear Normans daughter

I will pass this on to Kathy as this is really positive to hear.

It's great that you found e sessions so helpful and that you overcame your doubts to get the benefit from them. I think this will help others who are similarly unsure whether to access therapy.

So good to hear you now feel like your old self and I hope you continue to feel the benefit from the sessions.

Thanks again and very best wishes.

Heather
