"My hearing was tested and I was fitted with a hearing aid the same day"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From contacting TRAQS where the lady answering the telephone was courteous and understanding. She transferred me to Specsavers, who booked an appointment within the week for me to be seen.

At my appointment I was dealt with on time and the lady fully explained what the process entailed. My hearing was tested and I was fitted with a hearing aid the same day. I was given a contact number on leaving, in case I encountered any problems or needed spare batteries in the future.

I was supplied with a quantity of batteries to go home with.
