What I liked
i found that when i had my first baby 6 years ago they looked after me very well and i was happy with my stay in the hospital and i enjoyd going through the labour, the midwifes i had was great.
when i had my second and third i wasnt pleased at all. i felt that there wasnt enough midwifes which is wrong and i didnt enjoy the experiance. i felt that because it wasnt my first i was treated different and i felt rushed to get out to be honest.
What could be improved
well i am working towards getting into uni to become a midwife. i felt that there wasnt enough staff and that is something that needs improving. there wasnt a midwife with me whole the way through and when i neede help i had to sent my husband of for help which is not acceptable really. having a baby is meant to be the most enjoyable part of your life, something that never is forgotten, therefore it is part of the midwifes duty to help. i hope i can make a differance to some people in the future.
