Dear Yellow637 Thank you so much for sharing your feedback about your cardiology appointment. It is wonderful to hear that you found the staff to be very friendly and and they made you feel at ease. The communication and attitude of staff is so important. This is why - building on feedback from people working in our hospitals and from our patients - one of our new Trust values is "Proud To Care". This is based on the idea that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, that when we step away from a consultation or appointment we should feel proud about how we have engaged with each person/patient and listened to their needs, and much more besides.
