I am so happy that I took on this treatment. My therapist was lovely and always supportive and has given me guidance that has enable me to put multiple practices and techniques into my daily life - something that has had a very positive effect on me. I now feel confident that I can continue my journey into better mental health and live an overall more fulfilling life.
