"The carers group makes me feel appreciated for what I do as a carer"

About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Carer services

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The reason I started to attend the Bassetlaw Carers Group was because I had no time to myself. I have made friends and they are my second family and if it wasn’t for this group non of this would have been possible.

The carers group makes me feel appreciated for what I do as a carer and I really appreciate the support I receive from the group.

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback, it is so appreciated that you have taken the time to do this.I am so pleased to hear the group is giving you some 'me time' and that you have made some friends through attending. to be called a 2nd family is truly an honour. Best Wishes Andrea
