What I liked
I've only just found this site and would like to comment on the excellent care that I received in 2006 when I had my two lower Wisdom Teeth removed at the Treatment Centre as a day surgery case patient.
All of the the staff worked well together and I found them to be very friendly and I had confidence in them treating me and couldn't have got a better service privately.
The Treatment Centre ward was clean and tidy.
I wasn't in any pain much at all when I came round from the anaesthetic and was comforted to have two nurses by my bedside when I was in recovery as they talked to me and made me feel less nervous as I was only a young patient in my late teens.
The nurses caring for me and others on that day were very helpful as the one even offered to help me to drink my cup of tea by holding it for me as I was still drowsy from the anaesthetic and found using my hands a bit difficult as they were shaky and I was thirsty. The tea that they made for me was also nice.
I found the whole experience to be pleasant even though I was nervous beforehand.
The result of the surgery has been excellent as I had not much swelling, not much pain and no tingling or numb nerves in my chin and am certainly glad I had the surgery as I've had no trouble at all. I'd like to thank your Oral and Maxillo-Facial Team for their great teamwork and surgical skills.
I'd certainly recommend the Treatment Centre and your staff and Oral and Maxillo-Facial Team to anyone as they are second to none.
What could be improved
I thought that pretty much everything about the Treatment Centre was excellent, from the cleanliness to the staff.
The only thing I can think of that could be improved is probably the car parking fee as it can get expensive for regular visitors to patients but apart from that no other improvements that I can think of.
"I've only just found this ..."
