Anything else?
A 74 year old woman who is unstable on her feet due to the cataract arrived for her appointment to be reviewed and have a date set for surgery only to be asked if she hadn't received the letter cancelling the clinic. No such letter was sent. No alternative appointment was set, however she should be satisfied she is on a " priority" waiting list which is full of other " priority" patients, none of whom have any idea when they will be contacted. Unacceptable and disgraceful " service".
