(as the patient),

I had an emergency dental appointment on Saturday lunchtime in Exeter Heavitree hospital.

The care from the receptionist, dentist and dental nurse was outstanding. I have an extreme nervousness of dentists, related to a poor childhood dentist. The dentist and nurse managed to put me at ease from the start, examined me and for the first time without sedation, managed to extract a wisdom tooth.

It was all painless and I felt like I was in a safe pair of hands.
