My 16 month old son was ill whilst I was at work (an hour away). I got a call back from the GP surgery who arranged an appointment within 30mins. My sons childminder does not speak English as a first language. Dr Artus called me once they had arrived to ask concerns, checked him out then called me back to update me all whilst I was at work. Very kind, caring and thoughtful as well as efficient. If this had not happened I would have had to leave work at cost feeling very anxious and travel for some time. Really impressed and grateful. They have been great in many other situations also.
