My husband was in hospital at the beginning of November for a hearing operation.
The nurse was continuously washing her hands - very clean. The ward sister met me and my husband at the door and offered us a drink which was really nice. The nurse's name was Maggie, she was marvellous, in fact all the staff were.
The outpatient nurse was very good too, her name was Annie and in charge of hearing.
Just to add I was not offered a choice of which hospital to go to.
