Few days ago I visited first time antenatal clinic and my experience wasn't very nice. The nurse who saw me was late 15 min ( it was first morning appointment) and she did not apologise for it. Then she took a personal phone call while I was laying down and was waiting for a scan. I pretty sure there is a sign before scan room to switch off mobile phone to prevent interfere with equipment ! But staff clearly not doing so. The nurse was rude and arrogant - not exactly combination pregnant women want see at her special moment. She would not say a single word, and when I asked there was not much answer. Not sure if people with that attitude should work with patients. And for sure I am not planning to have my baby there despite them ticking box without asking me for my preference. Would never recommend to anyone to go there.
