What I liked
Nice building and the medical care when it was finally carried out was exellent however the administration was nothing short of a disaster. Lost records, no one was prepared to accept responsibility; almost impossible to get a civil response. e.g.. At one outpatient clinic there was no receptionist and the response of the nursing staff was "I suppose they've not turned up"
The overall impression was that nobody really cared. The hospital seemed as though it was being run for the convienence of the staff and not the patients
What could be improved
A route and branch overhaul of the administration. A culture of the patient 1st, the staff 2nd.
"Nice building and the medical ..."
