I am a patient and I attended the imaging department in early December.
My appointment time on the letter was 7.35 am. However I misread the letter and attended 7.35pm. They called my name and informed me about the correct time of my appointment.
Ray and Lisa volunteered to stay and do my scan even though it was my error not reading the letter properly. I appreciate what they did for me. This is wonderful patient care and should be acknowledged. Please make my compliment known to them and their superiors.
