What I liked

My daughter was admitted as an emergency - the staff were very friendly and professional, the hospital was very clean and the care was top notch

What could be improved

I could not tell the difference between the nurses and other staff.

Thank you for your feedback on the quality of care your daughter received at Salisbury District Hospital.

Following patient feedback, we are working to make it easier for patients and visitors to identify our nursing and therapy staff. Trials of different forms of identification are currently being carried out on four of our wards. Patients and staff will be asked to complete questionnaires to help us determine how we can make improvements.

We hope that your daughter is recovering well.
