Heard a lot of bad things about North Tyneside General and when I hurt my leg which turned out to be a double break the staff here were fantastic. They could of done enough to help me move around the X-ray and fracture clinic departments on a weekly basis while I was attending appointments. Even the staff in the plaster room were second best to none and fully understood the pain I was going through whilst putting my cast on. And a huge thank you to one staff member who put me at ease and helped me understand that my leg was going to get better,your a credit to this hospital. And a big thanks to the reception for working my appointment round my work schedule Thanks very much and have a great Xmas and new year :)
