We brought my 5 month old granddaughter to Epsom yesterday .She had fallen on her face whilst her mother was putting her in a sling to carry her round Chessington garden centre whist we saw Father Christmas with her sister and cousins a lovely fun afternoon was anticipated. She cried as she met the floor and after reassurance settled down but was pale almost waxy and sleepy so we left the others and drove to Epsom . There was a queue to register but I attracted the attention of a very helpful nurse who took one look and took my daughter and Abigail straight through to the doctors , by the tine I had completed the paperwork and was shown through she was looking so much better and alert ,we are so thankful to all your staff so professional and kind .We waited in the childrens area for an hours observation and all was well and we left with a happy healthy baby. A big change to our planned afternoon ! The doctors and nurses were wonderful
