Further to my review of 6th December, I was pleased to be offered the opportunity to discuss my comments further. A meaningful conversation that restored and inspired my confidence in this hospital, that they were sincerely interested in my concerns and had taken them "on board" I feel that I should retract my comment about the dirty carpets not realising when I wrote my original review that this could have been caused by gritting on the paths and steps (for patient safety) being walked in on a busy clinic day
