"I would miss my carer tremendously and can't imagine being without her"

About: Carewatch (Sheffield)

(as the patient),

When I first had carers, I was not very happy at all. I felt very embarrassed. I was losing all my dignity and was very embarrassed, but after a little while, they earned my respect, although I have been a carer myself I realised how they must have felt. Now I get one.

Well, with there all, I wish to keep them, I have one carer who is most caring, and wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for her. I would miss her tremendously and can't imagine being without her, although my other carers are good, I like them all, and now I don't know what I'd do without them. But one I have the respect, she needs to be recognised, in fact so do a lot of mine.

I know when I was a carer it was much harder, but we worked different hours. I hope you appreciate them. I had only one a first but I get three so I am most grateful. I'm not fussy. My carer does my washing, and does my cleaning.

Excuse my writing I can't do things like I used to. I used to be a good writer but now it fails me. All the very bes to you all and ou have a merry christmas.
