What I liked
I went in yesterday for an MRI scan and everything went very smoothly and I wasn't left waiting past my appointment time. I was kept well informed of what was going to happen at each stage. Much, much better than expected.
What could be improved
Directions to the department could be improved, it's in the radiology department which was sign posted well, but I didn't know that MRI was in Radiology.
