About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery Victoria Infirmary / General Surgery

(as the patient),

Recently had gd experiences at both old and new victoria firstly at new Vic with pre op assessment where I ended up having a 3 hour visit for different tests etc staff where very considerate to length of time I was there.

Secondly in old Vic for operation staff in pre op were very supportive as I was a nervous wreck. Anaesthetist, surgeon and team where great through which proved to be a difficult op. After care in ward 9 was great nurses are great and supportive when I was very sick my surgeon came to see me twice while was in which was appreciated as I hadn't took in what he told me first time.
