(as the patient),

I found the appointment extremely beneficial. Was given advice on diabetes and the importance of good sugar levels for my overall health, and how it can affect my feet.

1) Very professional.

2) Appointment on time

3) Made to feel relaxed and welcome

4) Given immediate feedback and booklet for advice on shoes, given as I have arthritis in feet and find it difficult to find comfortable shoes

5) My GP also have a report

6) Did not have to travel far as clinic is near home

I look forward to the next visit and feel reassured.
