What I liked
I have a recent operation at the Day Surgery Ward and wanted to comment on the professional and attentive attitude that all staff involved in the surgery exhibited. This included the ward nurses, the surgeon, and the anaesthesiology team. I'm very happy that I'm in such good hands during a stressful medical condition.
What could be improved
Toilets could be kept in better order and checked more regularly for cleanliness.
