"My experience with the NHS and St.Peter' Hospital"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

Anything else?

From my early morning call to 111, ambulance crew, A & E, X rays and scans, finally in the Surgery Assessment Unit, I was treated by efficient, caring staff, for a very painful gall bladder inflammation. From consultants to general staff. Had follow-up appointment with consultant a month later, plus pre-op procedure in readiness for operation. Took the opportunity of a last minute cancellation with a couple of days notice, for the Day Surgery Unit. Although it was a traumatic experience for me, the first time I had had an operation, but was treated with care all the time. The phone call from Unit the next day was very reassuring and helpful.

We are pleased to hear you felt well looked after in the various departments you mention and will pass your comments on. We hope you have recovered well from your operation and thank you for your kind remarks.
