I stayed on this ward for 3 nights and it was a horrible experience. Never in my life would I imagine such insensitive and genuinely uncaring nursing staff. I was left for hours with no pain relief, had to sleep on a row of chairs in a waiting room before my operation because there were no beds available. The list goes on and on, and I will be making a formal complaint. There were 2 nurses in particular that were rude, cruel, and nasty. I will never set foot in that ward again.
