Anything else?
My 14 year old daughter has been treated at The Royal over the past three months for thyroid cancer and I can honestly say that the care and treatment she has received from her first visit to her (thankfully) last all-clear visit has been outstanding. The surgeon and consultant is phenomenal and my daughter was so lucky to have been under her care. During her surgical stay on Ward 9Y, every member of staff that dealt with her and us was a credit to the hospital and to their profession. Her room was clean, she was treated with the utmost respect and kindliness and every member of staff we encountered made, what was a very traumatic time, a better experience for her and for us as her parents. We personally can't thank everyone enough at The Royal and at the Linda McCartney Centre - if what we experienced is indicative of the care provided by the rest of the hospital, then you are a beacon of excellence. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for giving our daughter a future.
"Amazing care!"
