I was extremley scared and anxious as I have had some bad experiences in other hospitals prior to attending Euxton Hall. I cannot believe how fantastic the whole process was. I was greeted at reception by a really friendly lady who was clearly busy but took time to explain things to me. The clinic was running a little late however we were notified and I actually was seen within fifteen minutes of my initial time. I had been a patient at another local hospital a few years ago and not once had I got in within one hour of my slot time!! The Consultant was just lovely and put me right at ease. He gave me time to explain things and never was I made to feel rushed. Luckily I don't need any further investigations at this stage however if I did I will be straight back to Euxton Hall. There are alot of other local hospitals who should take a leaf out of there book! Thank you all
