My Aunt was taken into the burns unit and died there 3 days later, during the whole time the staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind towards both my Aunt and the family. At no point were we made to feel in the way or superfluous and everyone we spoke to took the time to make sure we understood what was going on and to make sure that the treatment offered was in line with the family's wishes.
