Dear Sir/Madam Firstly, can I apologise for the delay in my response. I am so sorry that you experienced difficulties calling our main switchboard that day I really understand the importance of your phone call to discuss your father’s progress. I have checked with our technical team to see if there were any issues with the system that day. There were no reported problems, however we did have a number of calls that were “rung off” or had “given up”. I am so sorry that what must have been a very volume of calls resulted in this situation for you. I do hope that your father is much better now. Best Wishes Annie
