What I liked

I was recently admitted to the hospital to undergo the surgery and am now writing to you 4 days post op.

I couldnt wait any longer to express my deapest gratitude and thanks to everyone involved from the friendly cleaners right through to the dedicated surgeons themselves. Although the surgery itself is a traumatic experience the staff make it as comfortable as it could possibly be. The friendly and reassuring banter combined with the greatest of care make for as pleasant an experience as you could expect.

Although I would not wish to go through the trauma of the operation again, a stay at the Manor hospital would never worry me as I know how well I would be treated.

I do hope that all involved get to read this mail as I think it very important that they hear about what a good job they do, especially the nurses and staff of ward 11 "The Swan ward" and the "HDU" for who'm I will always be gratefull to for there fantastic pre/post op care.

My visitors also tell me that the canteen is excellent value.

What could be improved

Other than car parking I dont really see what could be improved on other than the nurses wages........lol.
