What I liked
I visited the Casualty department with my Grandaughter on the evening of Wednesday 23 July 08, as her eye was very swollen this is is an ongoing problem that she has suffered with for quite a while now, and has seen various Doctors at the surgery regarding this, we have always been told she proberbly has an alergy and been given eye drops.
We were attended to by a male Nurse who was excellent with her and went out of his way to help, he got us an apponintment with tyhe doctor for the next day, who confirmed what we already suspected that it was not an alergy and that she has a partial blocked tear duct, had it not been for the Nurse on duty we would still be going round in circles, and should be commended. Many thanks to him
