My mother had 2 weeks for recover in Johnsons Hospital. It is new, modern and smart. She had an terrible time. At 90 and with all her faculties she has seen life and knows what is right and wrong. So many basic services were not right. Do not send your loved one here. Hospitals are supposed to care. The poorly managed staff failed in so many ways to deliver the basics. Some staff were excellent. Some threatened her. We considered taking her out on several occasions. It was terrifying - We fought daily for information and her wellbeing. We are still awaiting an apology after much investigation This is not a medical hospital or even a good care home. After 6.00 at night we were told to ring 111 Do not send your loved ones here.
