What I liked

I recently had an operation for liver cancer at the Royal Free Hospital. I received outstanding treatment and care from the consultant, his team and nursing staff.

We were impressed by the hygiene standards and precautions taken.

What could be improved

Only the food, but I didn't go there for that.

We’re making every effort to improve the experience patients have in the trust and the food is one of the areas which we are trying hard to get right. As you are aware, this is not an overnight process but we are confident that we are making progress in this area.
