"Just Terrible - Seacroft Hospital Leeds"

About: Seacroft Hospital

Anything else?

I was referred here in 2012 and have to say its been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with health care. To get an appointment or speak to anyone you need at least 5 days spare to continuously ring on speed dial and hope that they will pick up the phone. When they answer be prepared to go through at least 10 extensions and then an answering machine. The receptionists have no manners, empathy or professionalism and its shocking that they are allowed to work in such a way. Appointment letters don't seem to mean anything, if you need to move an appointment they threaten to cancel your treatment but they cancel your appointment one day before (if you are lucky) or the same day This hospital needs organisational skills and staff who can answer a phone and speak to a patient properly.
