Went here to avoid using the main A&E at James Cook, the website said they could deal with fractures, this is not the case, its just a case of telling a 9 yr old they should take 8 doses of pain killers without investigation, and that it didn't matter how long, after all they could take them for the rest of her life! Went to James Cook, she is now under the case of an othoeptic consultant - glad I didn't just take their word! Staff were rude, told me I was wasting their time, and were unwilling to listen to comments made by myself or daughter.
