Left waiting for 2 hours due to a clerical error at Kingston cancer unit for my appointment. Receptionist was very unhelpful but my doctor came out and apologised profusely and said even though I wasn't meant to be seeing her today (I was seeing another doctor) if I was still waiting in 20 minutes she would try to see me. I eventually saw a male doctor, who made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, reduced me to tears (he was very rude about my lifestyle choices) and made me not want to return. Such a shame, as I had always been a big supporter of the hospital.
