Anything else?
I was recently admitted to Bibury ward, following what for me was going to be a traumatic experience. I was concerned after all the negative press that the NHS gets, and also a few experiences of my own. I need not have worried, from the moment of admission until my operation and finally my aftercare I was treated with respect and compassion. i cannot speak highly enough of the Bibury ward staff as they had two extremely challenging patients to deal with at the time, which would have stretched anyone's patience, but never once did any of them show anything but professionalism. They worked extremely hard and at no time did any of us feel neglected, and all of us commented on the high standard of care. If I had a suggestion to make then Patients WiFi connection would have been useful. Many thanks to all the staff.
"An excellent example to the rest of the NHS."
