Anything else?
I arrived at North Bristol southmead hospital on Wednesday 27th November, and am still an in patient on T Ward. I got the call for a kidney transplant, a serious life changing surgery, and the staff and experience of my stag was just as magical. The nurses and doctors couldn't have been more accommodating. Regularly checking in, and only disturbing you when nessary. If you fancied a cuppa in the middle of the night, they were more than happy to accommodate. And they were truly happy. They all clearly loved their job and always greeted me with a smile. The range of ethnic diversity, was only on the surface as the skills and experience was very evenly spread, along with the charismatic personalities. The standard of care from the surgeon has also been exceptional. Not only is she highly skilled in an OR she has a wonderful personality, and is matched by her supporting surgical staff. I have been on the ward for 4 days now, and hope to be out by day 6, but I would not be upset if I have to stay another week, as it truly has been enjoyable. .....Besides the pain and catheter.
"A perfect experience for a perfect surgery"
