About: Raigmore Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had 3 visits to a clinic in Raigmore hospital Inverness and would just like to express how kind, caring, attentative, gentle and understanding the staff were - from the receptionist to the nurses and consultants, they all put me at total ease as I was very scared on my initial visit. On subsequent visits I made they were all really nice and I didn't have to wait weeks and weeks for my results and treatment.

It is is really good to know that you are pleased with the service you have been receiving from Raigmore Hospital. Its only natural to be "very scared" but the job of the team is to help put you at your ease, as much as is possible. For most people waiting usually means worrying and so great that getting your results and treatment has all progressed speedily.
