I had surgery on my knee on the NHS via Choose & Book at Clare Park. The standard of care was exceptional from the initial consultation to the speed of obtaining an appointment for MRI, evaluation of results and surgery. 28 days from start to finish! The whole experience whilst I was in hospital was exceptional, communication was fantastic, nursing care second to none, the whole procedure was explained in detail leaving me, informed, confident and relaxed with the whole process. Communication and care before, during and after was brilliant. I cannot praise the surgeon and his team at Clare Park enough.
