What I liked

The only thing positive was the friendliness of the Catering staff and staff in Radiography.

What could be improved

There appears to be no rush to get people through the system. There were a number of elderly people in the Ward who when called for nurses on several occasions did not attend.

Information provided to me as a patient was inconsistent and unhelpful.
